Bath-Haverhill Covered Bridge: Bath, NH
The Bath-Haverhill Covered Bridge was built in 1829 to cross the Ammonoosuc River, and was the oldest continuously used covered bridge in America. The design of the bridge features a Town lattice truss design with arches. Closed to both vehicle and pedestrian traffic, both towns are working towards future restoration of the bridge. |
